Why aren't you per-seat or per-student?

Because it punishes the wrong thing. Schools shouldn't pay more for inviting more governors, more parents, or running more events. One price, everyone included.

What counts as a "student"?

Active learners on roll at your institution, as reported to your MIS. Alumni, parents, and staff are uncounted. You tell us your headcount; we bill accordingly.

What if we grow past a tier?

You move up at the next renewal, not mid-cycle. No retroactive charges. We'll write to you a month before so there are no surprises.

Is there a free tier?

There's a free 30-day trial with every feature unlocked. No credit card, no drip campaign. Sign in with Microsoft 365 and go.

How is Spark AI billed?

Credits are prepaid, measured in tokens, and itemised per call. You can set a monthly cap (on by default) and opt into auto-recharge. Unused credits roll over forever.

Can we pay by PO or invoice?

Yes — annual plans are invoiced against a purchase order. Payment by BACS or card. 30-day payment terms as standard.

Do you offer MAT / group discounts?

Yes. Multi-site institutions price on combined headcount and get trust-level reporting. We'll tailor a quote on request.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel any time from the billing settings page. Monthly plans stop at the next renewal; annual plans run to term end. We don't claw back unused credit.
