We're building in the UK first because that's where we know the ground deepest — Ofsted, ISI, OfS, DfE, KCSIE, 16–19 funding. We've built Spark inside these frameworks, not around them. The same platform is designed to travel: Ireland, Australia and New Zealand are next; the US, Canada, and progressive European markets follow. Great software for education shouldn't stop at a border, and neither should we.
